The New Foresters is situated in the middle of the High Street and has been run by Pearl and Eddie for the past 29 years. Pearl and Eddie has run the Foresters for the past 29 years and since the pub had a single bar, the New Foresters now boast a nightclub open until 2am at weekends, and Bed & Breakfast accommodation with colour co-ordinated comfy rooms at reasonalble prices.
The Restaurant
Pearl and Eddie still have a lot of input into the business, Pearl cooking fresh homemade meals in the kitchen Monday to Saturday at lunchtimes, and Eddie frequenting the bar while serving and socialising.
